To enhance the prevention of fraudulent credit card use and ensure a safer and more secure experience, we have introduced the 3D Secure authentication service for credit card payments on Nobilista.

What is the 3D Secure Authentication Service?

3D Secure is an identity authentication system developed by Visa International to make credit card payments more secure online.

It is a global standard authentication method recommended by major international brands including VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.

This security feature helps prevent unauthorized use of credit cards during online shopping. When identity verification is required, simple and secure authentication can be performed using a one-time password or device-based verification.

Important Notes

• Credit cards that do not support 3D Secure cannot be used. Please check with your card issuer for compatibility. (However, customers who registered their credit card before March 26, 2025, and are continuing to use the same card for automatic recurring payments may continue to do so.)
• If you change your plan, adjust the number of keywords, or register a new credit card to update your payment method, 3D Secure authentication will be required at the time of payment.
• The authentication method and the appearance of the authentication screen may vary depending on the card issuer. For more details, please contact your card issuer.
• Even if authentication is successfully completed, credit authorization may still fail depending on the status of your credit card.

3D Secure authentication may not function properly in the following environments.
When making a payment by credit card, please ensure that your environment is compatible.

• Software that blocks pop-up windows is installed
• Security software is in use
• Security level is set to “High”
• Depending on your environment (such as the combination of OS and browser), authentication may not function or display correctly
