How to Open a New Account
There are two ways to create an account: using your email address and password, or using a Google account.
Enter your email address and password and click "Sign up."
Alternatively, you can open an account using your Google account.
Once registration is complete, you will be redirected to the website registration page.
A registration completion email will also be sent to the email address you registered, so please check that as well.
Website and keyword registration
Step 1Set URL and Search Engines
First, enter the website information you want to register.
Enter the domain in the entry form.
(No http:// or https:// is necessary.)
Once you've finished entering the domain, move on to the directory settings next to it.
The directory options are as follows:

Path
The specified URL and its subdirectories.
example.com/xxx/ -
Subdomains
All of it including subdomains.
xxx.example.com/, example.com/-
Next, set your search engine and country.
※For each website, you can set only one search engine and one country.
If you want to track different search engines (e.g., Google, Yahoo) or different countries (e.g., Japan, the United States) for the same website (URL), you will need to register each configuration separately.
Once you've made your selections, click "Next."
Step 2Set Keywords, Groups, and Locations
Next, you will set the following:
- Keywords
- Groups
- Locations
You can enter the keywords you want to register, and for each keyword, you can configure its group and location settings.
Please enter the keywords you want to register in the keyword input field.
Enter one keyword per line.
Example: When registering two keywords
diet
best diet
→ Enter them on two separate lines.
*Please make sure not to register duplicate keywords.
* If a keyword contains special characters, search volume and competitiveness data may not be retrieved correctly.
Examples: ! @ % ^ () = {} ; ~ ` <> ? \ | etc.
You can also upload a CSV file as an alternative way to enter keywords into the keyword input field.
If you prepare a list of keywords in a CSV file beforehand, you can import all keywords with a single click.
A sample CSV data is shown below.
About Groups
If you want to manage multiple keywords by grouping them—for example, to organize your SEO initiatives—you can create groups and assign multiple keywords to each group.
If you do not need to set up keyword groups, you may skip this step and proceed to the next one.
You can always configure groups later.
Edit Groups (Create / Delete)
This section allows you to manage groups, including creating and deleting them.
Click the “Edit Groups” button.
Enter the name of the group you want to create in the input field, then click “Save.”
The group will be created.
Creating Multiple Group Names
If you want to create multiple group names, click “Add Groups” to add more input fields.
Enter as many group names as needed and then click “Save.”
Deleting a Group
If you want to delete an unnecessary group,simply click the trash can icon next to the group name to remove it.
Assigning Groups
Assign groups to the keywords you have entered in the keyword input field.
Click the “Add group” button.
A list of the groups you have already created will be displayed.
Select the group you want to assign and click the “Add group” button again.
※ If you want to change the assigned group for a keyword, first click “Add keywords” to register it to the list of active keywords, then re-enter the keyword in the input field and assign the group again.
Repeat this process for each keyword as needed.
Location Settings
If you want to measure rankings for a more specific area for each keyword, please set the location you wish to track.
Example: California, Los Angeles County, New York City, etc.
* If no location is set, the rankings will be measured based on the country selected when you registered the website.
Search Location
To set a location, click “Search Location” to display the search form.
Enter the location name in the displayed search form and run the search.
Matching location names will be shown.
Find and select the location you wish to use.
Keyword Setup Complete
After entering the keywords you want to register and configuring their group and location settings, click the “Add keywords” button.
The keywords you have configured will then appear in the Registered Keywords list.
“Groups” and “Locations” can be set for each keyword.
Repeat the process of entering keywords and configuring their settings until you have registered all the keywords you need.
* You can add more keywords later.
* Please note that the keywords you register will be measured on the next scheduled measurement date, and you will need to wait until the measurement is completed.
Once you have finished registering all the necessary keywords, click “Next” to proceed.
Step 3Competitor Settings
Next, enter your competitor's information.
Register and enter the domain of the competitor you're benchmarking your website against.
Once you've finished entering the domain, move on to the directory settings next to it.
The directory options are as follows:
- Path
The specified URL and its subdirectories.
example.com/xxx/ - Subdomains
All of it including subdomains.
xxx.example.com/, example.com/-
If you don't have enough competitors registered, click "+ Add competitors".
If you want to delete a competitor you've entered, click the trash can button.
If everything looks correct, click “Finish” to finish the registration process.
Ranking measurements will be performed once each measurement day, in the morning.
General settings page operations
The "General Settings" page in the sidebar allows you to change the basic display settings of the tool.
Settings include:
- Display language
- Appearance
- Mail notification
My Page Operations
In "My Page" on the sidebar, you can change the information required for logging in.
*If you're logged in with a Google account, changing your email address may prevent you from logging in properly.If you're logged in with a Google account, please do not change your email address.
