Position change alert

Position change alert is a feature that sends notifications to your registered email address when a website's search ranking changes by a certain number of times.

How to Set It Up

Click "Position change alert" in the sidebar.
This will take you to the settings page.

Input fields are as follows:

  • Website

    Select the website you want to notify.

  • Keywords

    Select whether to send notifications for all keywords or specific keywords.

  • Trigger

    Set how ranking changes will trigger notifications. Choose whether to notify when rankings rise, fall, or fluctuate (both rising and falling), and you can set the fluctuation range from 1st to 50th place.

  • Send email to

    Set the email address where notifications will be sent. You can send notifications to multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma (,).

Once you've finished entering the information, click "Send test email" to check that the notification has arrived in your mailbox.
If there are no problems, click "Create alert" to complete the process.

The ranking will be measured at 5am the following morning, and if there is a change that meets the conditions, a notification will be sent to the registered email address.

You can create multiple notifications, and you can change the content of the notifications using the edit/delete functions described below.

If you would like to change or delete a notification you have already registered, do so from the "Your alert list".
Click the "pencil" icon to edit the notification, or the "trash can" icon to delete the notification.

Please note that once a notification is deleted, it cannot be restored.

SEO remind

SEO remind is a feature that reminds you of upcoming SEO strategies and tasks at a specified date and time.

Click "SEO remind" in the sidebar.
This will take you to the settings page.

Input fields are as follows:

  • Website

    Select the website(s) you want to notify.

  • Keyword

    Select whether to send notifications for all keywords or specific keywords.

  • Description

    Enter the SEO measures and tasks you will be performing that day. For example, we recommend making a note of the measures you want to implement that day, such as "If rankings are measured and found to be dropping, re-insert 'ranking' in the title tag."

  • Schedule

    Specify the date and time you want notifications to be sent.

  • Send email to

    Set the email addresses you want to send notifications to. You can send notifications to multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma (,).
